Our approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is beginner friendly and you do not have to have any previous experience. All of our instructors at Peak Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu are extremely knowledgeable in the practice and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within every class. Our goal is to make you a seasoned pro, advancing not only your training but enhancing your health and your happiness.
Beginning with the fundamentals, any competitor of any skill level can take the mat and learn what it takes to be the best, step by step. Focusing on giving you a solid foundation, we take our time to teach you the ground techniques you will need to advance, and self-defense methods that you can apply on and off the Judo Denver mat.
